Late Work/Absent from Class
If students miss an assignment, they have a day for every day that they miss class to make it up. For example, if a student is gone for 3 days, they have 3 days in class to make up assignment. I also allow students to get notes from other students when they get back.
Discipline
If students are disciplined in my classroom, 1st: a call to parents to discuss their actions. If a student does not cooperate, 2nd: I will write a discipline referral. If they do not cooperate, 3rd: I will notify the office.
