About Me

I am thankful every day to be alive, and especially to be here in Rockport close to my family. I hold science degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology and North Carolina State University, and am excited to transmit what I know about real-world mathematical and scientific applications to my students. I've been happily married for 19 years; we have one energetic son who attends Rockport-Fulton High School. I'm 49 yrs old, a Florida native, an "outdoor type" person, and committed to being a lifelong learner.
