Biography

Jamey Guarascio, Assistant Principal overseeing the educational landscape from alphabet A to F at Rockport-Fulton High School, is a seasoned educator with a passion for inspiring and improving the lives of others. With a remarkable 16-year journey in the field of education, Guarascio's commitment to fostering growth and development is evident through her diverse experience teaching K-12 and a spectrum of subjects, including Math, Science, Reading, Writing, Art, Gifted & Talented, ESL, and PBIS.

In 2004, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to innovation and leadership. Taking her commitment to education to the next level, Guarascio obtained her Masters in Education Leadership from Dallas Baptist University in 2023, further enhancing her skills to make a lasting impact on the educational landscape.

A firm believer in the responsibility to use one's gifts and talents for the betterment of others, Guarascio possesses a robust set of soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, decision-making, adaptability, leadership, creativity, perseverance, hard work, dedication, trustworthiness, and purposefulness.
